Vivify is a Wellness Club in Middletown that features Cryotherapy (in case the weather outside is not cold enough for you), float tanks to aid in reducing the anxiety that this time of year can bring as well as increase circulation and detoxification. If your shopping is done and you’re looking to spread cheer, why not support one of our customers that provide comfort and joy year-round? A donation to Gilda’s Club of Kentucky helps them provide free support to anyone with a cancer connection in Kentucky. They also have several events throughout the holidays. GreenHouse17 In Lexington provides emergency shelter, crisis intervention and stabilization services to help victims of intimate abuse. You can donate time, money or support them by purchasing stocking stuffers like soaps, candles lip balms and more made by survivors. The Holiday Gift Drive is next Friday December 10th.
