Kentucky/Indiana Foot & Ankle Specialists is a group of podiatrists and physical therapists dedicated to providing care for all conditions of the foot and ankle. They handle everything from the knee down including diabetic foot care, trauma and sports injuries, and reconstructive issues. They treat patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
KYINFAS has been helping people with foot and ankle concerns for almost 13 years. They employ a staff of 60 to 80 at any one time. They have 7 locations; 3 in the Louisville area and offices in Elizabethtown, Bardstown, and Bowling Green, as well as New Albany, Indiana. Their newest office will be opening in Bardstown, Kentucky this fall.

Unified has partnered with Kentucky/Indiana Foot & Ankle Specialists since 2017. We have provided infrastructure through our ISS Division, a Mitel Unified Communications Platform through our UC Division and SD Wan from our IT Managed Services Division. The Mitel Enterprise Contact Center is the platform they use for answering all incoming calls live. The callback option holds a patient’s place in line and places a callback when staff is available should a patient choose not to wait. It also provides reports to help the office manager staff properly.
