Customer Spotlight: The Better Business Bureau

Unified Technologies has been an A+ Accredited Business with the BBB for over 13 years.  Being a BBB Accredited Business represents Unified practices sound advertising, selling and customer service practices that enhance customer’s trust and confidence in business.

Recently after an extensive and competitive process, Unified was selected as the technology partner for the new BBB Headquarters in the Eastpoint Business Park.

The technologies comprised of IT and Telecommunication equipment, installation and system designs.  This included network cabling, phone system equipment and installation, porting and reestablishing phone numbers, relocating and reinstalling server and workstations, connecting their network to the internet and reestablishing their server.

Through Unified’s Security and Structured Cabling division, Audio/Visual (AV) equipment was installed in all conference rooms. A state-of-the-art access control system was put in place for their building and employee’s safety and security that includes remote and mobile access.

Unified’s product management team onboarded and trained the entire staff on all their new systems and will provide ongoing support and customer service.
